Parnasie

Lithography prints on canvas, loosely inspired by a novel about a girl from Šumava called Parnasie, named after the marsh grass-of-Parnassus (P̴a̴r̴n̴a̴s̴s̴i̴a̴ ̴p̴a̴l̴u̴s̴t̴r̴i̴s̴). The prints hover around the mortarboards that recall vanished Šumava folk traditions, ephemeral as fates similar to the one that befell Parnasia.
